Dear Colleagues from Central and Eastern Europe:

As announced on the ISAC web page last December 19^th, the ISAC Membership Service Committee established a special fund to provide assistance for ISAC members from Central and Eastern countries attending the ISAC congress in Budapest. To apply for funding, you must be from one of the designated countries approved by Council, and a member of ISAC or an affiliated society. You must also have submitted a paper for the congress as announced last December 19^th on the ISAC website.

The eligible countries are the following (alphabetically): Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

You can apply for funding by sending e-mail to Laura Teodori or Zofia Maciorowski, specifying whether you are a student or a regular ISAC member, or a member of an affiliated society. The applications will be accepted till February 29^th, and the final response will be sent to the applicants by March 4^th.
