Support for Members from Central and Eastern European Countries to Attend the ISAC Congress

At the recent strategic review meeting of ISAC, Council voted for the establishment of a special fund to provide added assistance for members from Central and Eastern European countries, and Turkey to attend the Budapest congress. The goal of this initiative driven by the Chair, Membership Services, Laura Teodori, was to ensure that as many members as possible from surrounding Central and Eastern countries can attend the congress. To apply for this fund, you must be from one of the designated countries approved by Council, and a member of ISAC or an Affiliated Society. You must also submit a paper for the congress. Details will be posted on the Society web site soon.

The eligible countries are (alphabetically): Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
