Immunologist looking for a FC-related job

I'm interested in making the move from immunology research to a job focused fully on flow cytometry. I have a PhD in immunology, and have been using flow cytometers in my research for 14 years. I love working with these instruments, and I'd like to try to find a career in which my experience in immunology, background in teaching, and management experience could be put to use in a flow facility.

My ideal job would be one in which I ran or worked at a flow facility, trained or assisted users, and helped researchers design and interpret flow data, or helped them develop novel applications. I live in San Diego, and I'd like to focus my job search here.
