Instructions for Authors
All abstracts must be submitted electronically. Submissions can be no more than 2000 characters including punctuation, spacing, returns, etc. Specific formatting requirements can be found on the submission form itself. Upon submission, authors give SBS the right to publish abstracts in any format before, during or after the 2007 Conference & Exhibition. Note: SBS requires an active e-mail address for communication regarding abstract status.

SBS Policy
Please be advised that only one poster submission per presenter is allowed. All poster presenters must be registered attendees or booth staff in order to present on site. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Deadlines
• Monday, November 6, 2006 – Oral Abstract Submission
• Friday, January 26, 2007 – Poster Abstract Submission (for inclusion in conference handbook)
• Monday, March 19, 2007 – Final date for submitting poster for onsite presentation

Abstract submission deadlines are firm in order to meet publication schedules. All submissions must represent original research not previously presented.
