International LSC Symposium, Southampton UK, 27th Oct 2005

It is some years since we have held a one day meeting to discuss applications, developments and constraints of laser scanning cytometry in the UK, and the meeting is open to all interested parties in the UK, Europe and elsewhere.

There is no registration fee. I am delighted that we will have strong support from the Compucyte team, who will be also presenting developments in the technology and who will be available to anyone who wishes to meet with them to discuss applications.

Zbigniew Darzynkiewicz has very kindly offered to give the keynote lecture.

I would be very pleased to hear from anyone interested in attending and in giving a presentation on any aspect of laser scanning cytometry in the basic or applied life sciences fields, whether from the public or commercial sectors.

I will be pleased to provide further information once we have finalised the programme.
