Everybody sees interesting cases with flow cytometry. Now there is an easy way to share them with the flow community. The Web-based journal Case Studies in Clinical Flow Cytometry, at http://www.flowcases.org is a peer reviewed journal designed to publish brief case reports that demonstrate the value of flow cytometry in all aspects of the clinical laboratory. The site currently contains a number of cases displayed in a standardized format that includes brief clinical history, displays of flow cytometric data, morphologic images, other relevant data, a brief discussion, and references linked to Pub Med abstracts. It is not only easy to navigate the Web site to read cases, but it is also equally easy to submit a case with a user-friendly template that permits entry of free text and easy uploading, labelling and editing of digital images. Cases are reviewed by a member of our editorial board and compiled into issues published about 3 times a year, depending upon case submission. Check out the site, and send us your cases!
