Poster Presentations

Posters must be placed on their assigned poster board by 09.30 on Sunday, May 18.  Posters are to remain on the board through 12.00 Wednesday, May 21. Poster materials should be removed promptly at 12.00 on Wednesday.  Posters will be available for viewing Monday and Tuesday from 09.30 – 20.00 and Sunday and Wednesday from 09.30 – 12.00.  Poster authors should be at their poster for presentation and discussion as follows:

Monday, May 19          

Odd numbered poster authors present                   18.30 – 20.00

Tuesday, May 20          

Even-numbered poster authors present                  18.30 – 20.00

Poster Dimensions

Please note that the poster board surfaces on site will accommodate the following dimensions: 970mm wide X 1970mm tall or 3' 2" wide by 6' 5" tall.  The posters will be displayed vertically (or in a portrait style).
