Commercial Exhibition
Booth Design and Use of Exhibit SpaceThe aisles are the property of all the exhibitors; therefore, each exhibitor has the responsibility to assure proper flow of traffic through the entire show. Do not place your demonstration areas on the aisle line of your stand if you expect many people to congregate at one time. Leave space within your own stand to absorb the majority of the crowd.Exhibition Costs A. Shell Scheme Stands
Shell scheme stands are available in a variety of sizes starting from 9 square meter (3m x 3m). The cost of each shell scheme stand is US $2,100.00 per 9 square meter and this price includes:
B. Space OnlyFor the construction of custom designed island stands, space is available. Please refer to the floor plan and choose from # 1, 16 or 70A. Each island measures 9m x 12m and costs $US $28,000.00 In island booth units, bordered on four sides by aisles, the full cubic content of the space may be used; however, all display material is restricted to 16' in height and sufficient "see-through or walk-through" area must be provided so as not to block the view of adjacent stands. If space is cancelled or reduced between 18 March and 16 April, the full deposit will be retained. When the cancellation occurs starting 17 April to the opening of the meeting, the company will be responsible for paying the full cost of the booth space.
